There are only about 8 dependencies, so I can fix this by hand, but it
would be nice if I could rebuild the modules recursively.
This may work by i) removing the module files, ii) using "eb
intel-2018b.eb --module-only --robot", but it may not be perfect.
Definitely take a backup of the existing module files first, so you can
diff them afterwards to double-check...
It's possible that you run into issues here, --module-only is known to
have some quirks, but if you do run into problems, do report them so we
can look into fixing them!
