Hi all, I'm writing an easyconf for jvarkit. The installation commands are:
$ git clone "https://github.com/lindenb/jvarkit.git"$ cd jvarkit$ ./gradlew vcf2table I'd like to ask if anyone has experience with gradle installation in EasyBuild and, if yes, how you run such installations. (I managed to install the software using EB_Java with an ugly install_cmd line). TIA, Arnau
