I have created a module for SYMPHONY, since none seemed to have existed. The Coin-Or project is very large, and I am wondering if there should be some systematic approach to building coin packages? I created 4 additional packages to support SYMPHON <- Cgl <- Cl <- OSI <-CoinUtils.
