Hi Loris, Do the jobs running at all or are they failing immediately?
What I would do is check the output files from the test job and see if the 'JOB DONE' is actually in there in any shape or form. I don't know how the check is done, i.e. is it grep or some other method. Also, I am wondering if your CHARSET of the shell might play up here.
Another thing you could do is a test-installation and tell EasyBuild to ignore the failed jobs, and then run them manually. Not ideal, but at least that way you might get some more insight.
