Hi, I am interested in your product for our online support desk however, I am struggling to find out how to install it.
We operate Unix servers and there aren't sufficient directions for me to install the software. We have attempted to test a few of this type of application and are yet to find one that is suitable. Is there an "idiots guide" to installation or an online demo we can trial or view. Any further help appreciated.
