I looked through the webpage, but perhaps I'm just missing something
obvious.
I am trying to get VNC and EchoVNC to work together, so I can present this
to the VP as a much better alternative to NetMeeting, especially for our
outer offices that aren't directly connected to our network. To this end, I
have put both VNC and EchoVNC on my home computer, since our smaller outer
offices are set up with basic RoadRunner cable.
I could not connect by just using VNC, and their mailing list suggested
EchoVNC. I installed EchoVNC at home and have it running, but I can neither
connect from here to my IP address nor to the demo.echovnc.com that I am
using to test with.
What am I doing wrong? As I said, I'm probably missing something obvious,
but that's what I get for working on work stuff at 6am.
