I had a similar problem - or at least it sounds like the problem I had. :o)

My solution was to disable the "Fast User Switching" in the User Accounts
in XP.

I have purchased a license for EchoServer and have it running on one of my
machines.

All of my other machines are setup exactly the same…
EchoWinVNC for connection to EchoServer
UltraVNC Service with loopback enabled.

All machines, but one, have only one account on them and there are no
issues with connecting via VNC.

One machine has two user accounts.
The primary account is the administrator and if I VNC to this machine and
login under the primary account, I have complete access to the machine.
If I try to VNC to the machine and login as the other user, I get kicked
out of VNC and back to the main dialog box.
If someone is already logged in on the secondary account and I try to VNC
in, they get kicked off the system and back to the login screen.

Has anyone seen this problem before and can give me some directions in
which to go?

TIA

Kerry
