Hello! Try using the "TightVNC with echoWare" service:
ftp://ftp.echogent.com/TightVNC/beta/TightVNC-ew1.82.zip
Simply install those binaries atop the usual TightVNC
installation, and add your echoServer information to the new
echoServer tab.
Once it's all setup and registered as a service, change
the registry key at:
HKLM\SOFTWARE\ORL\WinVNC3\DisableTrayIcon
Change it from a "0" to a "1", and the next time you reboot,
the tray icon will be hidden.
Some users have indicated that "TightVNC with echoWare"
has reconnection (to the echoServer, at reboot) problems. I'm
trying to reproduce those here, but one thing to try is to use the
very lastest EchoWare DLL (1.83) with TightVNC, replacing the
1.81 version that comes with it:

specifications above? I would pay if needed, and would be needed
asap because we cannot view what our staff are doing at the moment!
