Heya. When you say "only recently started", was echoServer
running fine before?
Also, can you provide:
linux distro and version of the host
kernel version ("uname -a") and whether it is stock or custom
output of "more /proc/sys/kernel/msgmni"
output of "more /proc/sysvipc/msg"
Lastly, assuming you're seeing this problem with an unprivileged uid,
if you run echoserver as root (presuming you can become root), does
it avoid
the problem>
