Two pcs, one xp home, the other xp pro.  Installed echovnc v1.4 on both, also realvnc v4.1.1 on the target machine.  Logged into the demo server with unique partner names on each pc, both show ip address of "demo.echovnc.com:1328" and status is "connected".  On the target machine the VNC Server is running on port 5900.

However, when I try to start a VNC connection, I get the error "Failed to connect to the partner.  Please verify that the partner has logged on to the echoServer and try again".

Just for kicks, I also verified that fast user switching is turned off, as well as remote desktop/access.  Also, each machine is using session zero.

From everything I have read, I have both echovnc and realvnc set up correctly and this should work.  Any ideas?
