        Hello! The Windows version of the echoServer can be registered as
a Wndows service in the 1.50 release. You can find a beta release of
that version here:

ftp://ftp.echogent.com/EchoServer/windows/beta

        Please note: the 1.50 release stores passwords more securely
than older versions, and it will "auto-convert" older passwords into the
new format. Going backwards, however, from 1.50 to earlier versions,
won't be automatic, and you'll have to re-enter passwords. But you
probably won't need too. :)
