I presume you mean the Windows echoServer, as the Linux
echoServer has a single .conf file which it uses for everything.
In general, the Windows echoServer isn't very different from
other Windows applications -- it uses the Windows registry to store
most of its configuration settings. So you should export the registry
keys associated with the echoServer into a .reg file, and then
import that file onto the other PC.
Also, the Windows echoServer creates a .dat file, in the
installation folder. That contains password information, so copy
that over as well.
