Hello! First-things first:

1. Exactly what version of EchoVNC do you have installed on
    the remote-PC?

2. Exactly what flavor of Windows is running on the remote-PC?

3. Any chance that you're using Remote Desktop or Fast User Switching
    on the remote PC? Those two things are famously incompatible with
    any flavor of VNC, including EchoVNC.
