The 3.0 release of EchoVNC is now finalized. You can find the
installer here:

The 3.0 installer includes both an updated EchoVNC server and and
updated EchoVNC Viewer. Please upgrade. :)
The above URL also has a link to the installation documentation
(what?!? Yes. What?!?! Yes, I know....), which you can download
directly here:
ftp://ftp.echogent.com/EchoVNC/windows/support/EchoVNC-3.0-Setup-Help.pdf
