[ECI] Disconnecting script

I Need a script that disconnects and reconnects to ADSL. My ISP disconnects me every 24hours, so a script to: A) Disconnect and B) Connect again when run would be great. i dont know how to do this(disconnect without restarting) and any help would be appreciated.   Thanks for any help. Reuben
