I just solved it. /dev/net/tun was a symlink to /dev/net/tap0 and this one was major 16, minor 36 (or something like that). But after /usr/src/linux/Documentation/networking/tuntap.txt /dev/net/tun should be major 10, minor 200. I corrected it and now it works :-) Well...at least I have a tap0 interface now. The roaring-penguin pppoe connection (adsl-start) doesn't work, yet. I'm going to look after it on tuesday.
