For what it's worth, I just wanted to share this. I wrote a bash script for automating builds of ECL for Win32/MinGW32. Prereqs are MinGW/Msys, plus a Windows port of wget needs to be in the PATH.
This is largely based on juanjo's procedure which was previously posted to this ML.
