For what it's worth, I just wanted to share this.

I wrote a bash script for automating builds of ECL for Win32/MinGW32.
Prereqs are MinGW/Msys, plus a Windows port of wget needs to be in the
PATH.

This is largely based on juanjo's procedure which was previously
posted to this ML.

P.S. There's no mention of the 11.1.1 Windows installer on
http://ecls.sourceforge.net/download.html.  I didn't even know it
existed until I stumbled across a reference on the mailing list.
