The OP is *not* a dissident, he's just some geek who wants to use ECL! We have to *speak* carefully here; government secret police are too stupid to understand what ECL is, and are stupid enough to block SourceForge, but are not too stupid to read everybody's email, cherrypicking words and phrases they misconstrue as indicative of thoughtcrime.
