I build the Ecl 13.5.1 with msvc 2012 on Win7 SP1.
It report a error info:
date /t > BUILD-STAMP
set ECLDIR=./
ecl_min < compile.lsp
NMAKE : fatal error U1077: 'ecl_min' : return code '0xc00000fd'
