On SF storage I've found wikispaces (partly incomplete) dump from 2009 - I edited it to fit markdown and put on gitorious: https://gitorious.org/embeddable-common-lisp/pages/Wikispaces-2009-07-30 Wiki is open to collaborate by anyone, so fell free to correct mistakes.
