Description

There is no currently no user interface to apply styles to sections and cells (the only way to do it i in XML).
a simple UI is the one used here:
http://www.themaninblue.com/experiment/Technicolor/
it allows to assign colors to cells.
the goal here is to make it possible to apply *styles* to cells and to sections, for the following categories:
- border
- background
- background-color
with the possibility to use presets as well.
