Comment:
A configuration parameter was added on the userManager level ("userListingMode" in nuxeo-platform-webapp-impl/src/main/resources/OSGI-INF/UserManagerImpl.xml).
Possible parameter values:
- "all"
- "tabbed"
- "search_only" (default value)

There are now 2 views for user management :
- one listing view
- one tabbed listing view
We should have a 3rd view : only search
Indded the tabbed listing view loads up the entire user db : this just can't work with a big LDAP.
The configuration should be bound to the userManager (ie : add the needed attribute to the userManager descriptor)
