Make sure it's a recent version of LiveEdit (trunk) and if it persists, pls zip the log files ( c:\docs and settings\_user_\ApplicationData\Nuxeo\NuxeoLiveEdit\_Logs ) and upload the archieve in this bug. When closing Excel, Excel asks If I want to save the file and NuxeoLiveEdit does NOT open the popup asking if we want to skip increment, increment major, ... Excel exits, the file icon is still present in NuxeoLiveEdit window and the document stays locked in nuxeo.
