[Serial workflow] Error when I click on "Start the workflow"

What I did :
1. Start a serail WF.
2. Add 2 reviewers on it.
3. Save the reviewers list.
4. Log out and log in as the reviewers to check that he has reading rights only.
5. Log in as the WF initiator to start the WF. The error occurs when I click on
"Start the WF".
