Yes indeed, the 1881 task was here to provide a first basic implementation.
By the way, the Firefox helper expect the bootstrap file to use the format
generated by the original spec and the implementation in 1881.
So yes, please align on the existing BootstrapHelper : If you have any problem
with the implementation I commited just give me your opinion, I don't pretend
my implementation is clean : this was just a prototype, it can be improved.
