Done in 5.1 branch [29574]. More specifically, it's properly done for the
boards that fire a search local to the current domain. The workspaces board
displays all workspaces the user can acces (in all domains), so actually only
the template workspaces from the current domain will be filtered out.
The board for documents owned by the current user stays unchanged: it's
relevant in that case to display also the templates.
You could of course change all of this in your application
