It is not possible to adapt security using extension point. Ie,
SecurityConstant.READ is hard coded in PublishActionBean, and in most workflow
security bean (via another constant that has the same value than the previous).
It should be possible using an extension, to say what security should be
applied (even a new one such as MySecurityConstant.PublishInSection)
