Create a new project hosting UI abstractions for webengine.
The toolkit should provide server side statefull UI objects (trees, tabs etc)
and freemarker macros to help writing client side code.
The UI abstraction must be generic enough to be adapted on any existing web
widget toolkit.
The freemarker macros will be specific to a web widget toolkit.
The toolkit will provide a TreeView in the first step. (the freemarker template
will generate JQuery code)
