Resolution: Won't Fix
Won't fix for 5.1, core query service is out of scope (only searches on
schema-based properties work).
But this feature is dealt with by NXP-2798 for 5.2.
Note that ecm:currentLifecycleState worked for a while (due to the fact that
it's the name of the low-level field) but will be disabled in 5.2, only
ecm:currentLifeCycleState will be allowed.
