From the 5.1.7 code, I have identifed that the UploadRestlet class creates a
blob with a default mime type (application/octet-stream) and invoke the file
manager with. As the note plugin does not request that mime type, there is no
reason to request it for handling the document creation.
I will investigate the changes between 5.1.6 and 5.1.5 releases on monday.
