update addons to use 5.1.7-SNAPSHOT / 5.2-SNAPSHOT

Some addons need to be update:
- align them on 5.1.7-SNAPSHOT
- update POM to use new repositories (maven.nuxeo.org instead of
archiva.nuxeo.org) and complete missing information
- update code if needed
