modify participants table in serial workflow

When someone creates a workflow, its first task is to choose the participants.
When he validates the task he can the validate the document.
At the same time he can modify the participants list. Instead of showing the
participants list as suggestion box, we need to show them as unmodifiable table
(like a road map table) and give a link to modification.
