In NXShell save history between sessions

In NXShell the history is kept alright while the shell is running. But when one
leaves the shell and then comes back, the history is lost. The history should
be saved in a file in the home directory of the user so it can be kept
independently from the version of the shell which is being run.
This is a must have for every admin who works very regularly with NXShell.
JLine provides code to do that
