Resolution of issues NXP-3204, NXP-3205, NXP-3206 makes the query model based
tree manager work efficiently on large folders with the core sql storage seach.
Furthermore the query model TREE_CHILDREN makes it easier to fine tune the
queries. Hence it should be enabled by default in Nuxeo 5.2.
