The release process should produce a sript file that enable to run the release
process with another tag.
This enable to promote a release (from integration build to stable build).
The nx-builder prepare target should dump a script file that enable to setup
source like they were before starting the release.
A new nx-builder promote target can use this script to generate a new release
with sources in the same state.
