OOO Daemon can't start on Windows Platform

OOO daemon can't start, on the server I have a popup windows with "Unable to 
determine user interface language", this message generaly occurs when OOo can't 
access to the user directory profile.
in server.log I can see that :

I think this is the / in User installation

In Class ConfigBuilderHelper , the /nxooserver is hard coded, I think this is 
the problem :
