Improve Nuxeo's tree in order to better handle user workspace.

For the moment, when navigating on a userWorkspace, this one appears alone in
the tree, withought domains and sections or other workspaces.
It is a real issue, specially when you consult a document which doesn't belong
to userworkspace (via the dashboard for example), and the tree continue to
display only the user workspace, because the tree is not refreshed.
A great improvement would be to allow to display user workspaces with the rest,
in the tree.
