Hide the mini-site creation form

The unfolded form of mini-site impacts on the usability of workspace creation.
It is like this because WEB-175.
If the user selects the mini-site aspect, a title must be provided. If the
default would be the component stays folded, the mandatory field error won't
appear, as it would be contained in folded component. So default the component
is unfolded, and if user has validation errors, they are displayed.
A technical solution needs to be found to keep box folded and unfold if
validation errors occur.
