log4j.properties and log4j.xml files are not necessary in src/test/resources.
Logging is not used in CI context, and if a dev wants to see log in its test
she can add the log4j.xml/properties file. The log level is to context
dependant to have interesting default value:
=> we ignore logging file and remove the file already in the sources
