I have an SSL reverse proxy in front of Nuxeo and I've managed to make it work
ok. However, launching the Nuxeo Live Edit 2.0.21 extension for MS Office and
Firefox results in `nuxeo-liveedit-msoffice-launcher` crashing on startup with
a `system.net.webexception`. Reconfiguring Nuxeo to use plain HTTP makes Live
Edit run again.
