tried using http://ant.apache.org/manual/CoreTasks/chmod.html and
http://maven.apache.org/plugins/maven-assembly-plugin/assembly.html#class_fileSet
It works partially but when files are then zipped using java library, the
executable flags are loosed.
There is no solution except relying on system zip execution instead of java
library.
