OpenOffice LiveEdit doesn't work

On my mac I installed :
- Nuxeo LiveEdit Protocol Handler 0.4.6
- NxLEOOo-2.0.22
But I don't have any LiveEdit icon available on OpenOffice documents in Nuxeo
(5.2 GA).
I tested with .odt and .ods documents, created after FF and OOo extension were
installed and server restarted.
