Description:
- Documents in a workflow are not locked for users that don't participate to
workflow.
Document's used to be editable only by workflow participants. Now documents can
be modified by any user with write rights, even if user is not a workflow
participant.
- Workflow participants that only have read rights are not granted write rights
on the document.
