Allow setting of lifecycle on proxies

It would be useful in many case to be able to set the lifecycle policy and
lifecycle state on a proxy object itself, independently of the one of the
target archived version.
But we must provide backward compatibility for applications that wish to have
the current behavior.
The simplest way would be a property like
org.nuxeo.ecm.core.proxy.lifecycle.fromTarget=true
