2 problems are identified :
- the removeChildren triggered by the importer does not clear all the caches
=> generate a error duriing document import (because of duplicated UUIDs)
- the importDocument method can throw RuntimeException
=> The bean is killed by the container and this ends up in a tx issue with a
null bean !
