Reminder emails for workflow tasks

When creating a workflow that contains tasks with a due-date it would be great
to allow the user to specify a time prior to the due date that the system
should send out a reminder email if the task is not yet complete. It would also
probably be great to send out a repeat reminder on the due date if the task is
again still not complete.
