There is a login problem when using anonymous user, in nuxeo and in webengine.
Description of problems (on top of other problem described in NXP-3702):
1. In nuxeo, when anonymous login is on, calling /nuxeo/ will redirect to the
dashboard. When clicking on "Log in", the login page is presented, but then
it's not possible anymore to come back to the dashboard as anonymous user
(login page will be presented when trying to access /nuxeo/ again).
2. With above same scenario, it is not possible anymore to access a webengine
page that is supposed to be be available to all users: login page is presented
instead.
=> presenting the login page should not have any impact on the user accesses.
If user does not want to login anymore, he should be able to do so.
