To take advantage of different databases' capabilities regarding their column
types, the SQLInfo mapping of columns to database types should be more
flexible. For example not all Nuxeo strings will be mapped to the same types of
columns, and some system columns will have specialized tables as well
(fulltext, uuid, etc).
