Refresh available versions when publishing a document

Sometimes available versions of a document are not displayed correctly in the
history tab.
Steps to reproduce:
1. create a file doc, it'll have with version 1.0
2. publish it => version 1.0 is archived and visible in history tab, live
version is 1.1
3. edit the document, incrementing minor version => current version is 1.2, and
only 1.0 is visible in history tab which is normal (1.1 had no differences with
1.0)
4. publish it again => version 1.2 is archived, live version is 1.3. Problem is
that it's not visible in the history tab.
It'll be visible if you move to the parent, and navigate to the document again
=> that's a cache problem.
