The wysiwyg editor, for example, on a "Send a document via email" page contains
properties which have no corresponding properties in localization files to
configure.
Every rich text format control (font style, bold, italic, etc) contains
unfiltered properties, such as the following:

{$lang_theme_block}
{$lang_theme_paragragh}
{$lang_theme_address}
{$lang_theme_pre}
{$lang_theme_h1}
{$lang_theme_h2}
{$lang_theme_h3}
{$lang_theme_h4}
{$lang_theme_h5}
{$lang_theme_h6}
If the problem was fixed in later versions, please attach the corresponding jar
file to this issue if possible.
